Daria Bonner CHCA, CCP, RMC, President & Chief Executive Officer

Dari has more than 22 years of health care industry advisory consulting and project management experience. Her areas of expertise encompass both the public and the private sector, hospitals, outpatient service centers and large and small physician practices. Dari is an expert in commercial and VHA health care business process analysis, process modeling, project management, software product development, product implementation, and health care information technology. Dari has served as a project director for multiple management-consulting firms including Booz Allen Hamilton, QuadraMed, Inc. and Ingenix. She has extensive functional knowledge of the commercial and VA Business Office environment and a detailed understanding of the revenue cycle dependencies inherent in registration, insurance verification, medical coding, billing, accounts receivable, clinical documentation and workload capture and reporting and health care compliance requirements. Dari served as Compliance Officer for a large nonprofit commercial health care system, Director of Education & Training for a large multi-specialty physician group, and Director of Auditing and Monitoring for numerous coding, billing and accounts receivable departments. Dari has also provided advisory services to more than 20 commercial hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, insurance companies and physician practices on revenue cycle and workload process enhancement and revenue recovery.

A nationally recognized speaker, Dari has served on the Editorial Board for the Neurosurgery, Primary Care, Emergency, and Orthopedic Coding Alert newsletters and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, American Society of Health Informatics Managers, American Association of Medical Audit Specialists, American Health Information Management Association, Institute of Internal Auditors, Medical Group Management Association and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Dari obtained her CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and CPC-H (Certified Professional Coder-Hospital) through the AAPC in 1996 and her CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist-Physician) from AHIMA in 1997. She served on the AAPC National Advisory Board from 1997-1999 and was honored as Networker of the Year in 1996. In addition she obtained certification as a certified professional medical auditor (CPMA) through the AAPC in 2011.Dari was chosen 2010/2011 Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.

Dari is currently seeking a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and working on becoming a certified health information systems professional (CHISP) through the American Society of Health Informatics Managers

Brittany Bonner, Chief Operations Officer

Brittany Bonner COOBrittany is a Registered Medical Coder with three years experience in medical coding, auditing and billing. She began her training with Xact Healthcare Solutions, Inc. coding and auditing for a variety of contract clients for home health, ultispecialty provider groups, hospital outpatient facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers, and ancillary providers. She has worked for Treasure Coast Orthopaedic Associates, a small orthopedic and physical therapy practice, coding, auditing and billing for all services provided in the hospital and office setting.

Heidi Geiser, Chief Training & Education Officer

Heidi is a business professional with 30 years of technical experience in the legal and medical information management fields. She began her training to work in the court system as a court stenographer and rose to become manager of the digital information division of a prominent freelance court reporting business in Cleveland, Ohio, working with mainframe computers in the pre-PC business environment. Heidi then joined Stenograph Corporation as a certified software trainer working with PC-based software and subsequently migrated to the marketing and sales division of Stenograph as a district manager of computer aided realtime transcription software for the court systems. After working in the legal documentation field for 10 years, Heidi became the President and Co-owner of Amicus StenTel, a medical transcription business that provides digital medical document management services to both inpatient hospitals and outpatient clinics nationally.

Janice Compton, CMC, CHTS-PW Vice-President of Revenue Cycle Management Services

Janice brings 20+ years of experience in the health care industry in the areas of healthcare management, medical coding and billing, reimbursement management and claims administration. She specializes in streamlining processes, project management, increasing profitability and enhancing productivity levels. Janice is responsible for managing the Xact coding and auditing teams consisting of more than 20 certified medical coders and auditors reviewers nationwide. Additional duties include development of Standard Operating Procedures, educational and training materials and software utilized for client reviews and assessments.

Janice is a Certified Medical Coder and a Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist. She has worked as a Director of Revenue Management and Billing for a number of large facilities including Access Mediquip, LLC, Health Benefit Management and US Physical Therapy.

Kathleen Eagan, Consulting Associate Revenue Cycle

Kathy is an educated professional with over 25 years experience managing and leading teams in both financial and operational departments. She has an extensive background in all aspects of revenue management, business process re-engineering, revenue cycle re-design, performance measurement and business development. Kathy has additional expertise in improving operations, profitability, productivity, customer service, and employee development. She has worked with both government and commercial hospital systems to develop and implement front-to-back revenue cycle solutions to enhance revenue cycle functions. Kathy has worked in a variety of revenue cycle areas to improve processes and enhance revenue including patient registration, insurance verification, charge-master implementations, HIM medical records and coding, billing and accounts payables and receivables.

She has worked with various health information systems including QuadraMed, Veterans Administration VistA system, Meditech Financial and Allscripts. Kathy has worked with both government (Veterans Administration Medical Centers) and commercial hospitals as well as physician practices within the public and private sectors.

Kathy is currently a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coder's (AAPC).

Kathy is Vice-President and Co-owner of Superior Revenue Solutions and works with Xact on revenue cycle projects with emphasis on accounts receivable and insurance contract management.
