Dari has more than 22 years of experience in the coding, billing, compliance and information technology areas of healthcare in both the government and commercial sectors throughout the US. She has worked for numerous nationally known companies including Ingenix (Optum), Quadramed (Nuance) and Booz Allen Hamilton. Dari is a member of the American Association of Medical Audit Specialists (AAMAS), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), American Society of Health Informatics Managers (ASHIM) and an Associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has passed four of the five national coding exams (CPC, CPC-H, CCS-P & RMC) and the Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA). In addition she obtained her CHCA auditing certification through the Association of Healthcare Educators and Auditors in 2015. Dari is a past member of the National Advisory Board of the AAPC, 1996 Networker of the year of the AAPC, and past President and founder of the Treasure Coast Chapters of the AAPC in Stuart and Port Saint Lucie, Florida. She is currently the President of the Premier Business Alliance, a group dedicated to providing continuing education opportunities to those working in the healthcare industry.
